3. There is an outstanding/incomplete verification.
If you have been asked to verify your account previously and this was not completed, we will notify you of this, to try and finalise the process.
4. Documentation has been requested as part of an account review.
At our company, we perform regular account reviews, to ensure our players are having the best experience on our site. There may be times that documents are required after a review has been conducted.
