Customers are automatically age and identity verified when an account is registered with us. Where this is not possible, we will be sure to let you know. There are three ways to verify:
Verify with Facebook
You can verify your age and identity via your Facebook account by connecting to your profile.
Verify with proof of identity and proof of address
You can verify your age and identity with HooYu using a proof of identity and proof of address. You will be asked to submit a selfie, a clear photo of your passport or EEA national card and a clear photo of proof of address (such as a bank statement or utility bill from the last six months).
Verify through Customer Service
You can also verify your age and identity through our Customer Service team by emailing support@bingodiamond.com or via our 24/7 Live Chat. You will be required to submit copies of proof of identity and address.
Here is a guide to what documents you can send:
1. Proof of identity – a valid passport, driving licence, a provisional licence or EEA (European Economic Area) national card
2. Proof of address – one of the following documents from the last six months:
a. Bank statement
b. Utility bill such as gas, electricity or water
c. Mobile phone bill
d. Official government correspondence
We accept electronic copies such as PDFs, high-quality scans or photos (camera or mobile phone). Make sure the image is focused and all four corners of the documents are visible.
